How long is the stay?

3 day/ 2 night accommodations at a choice of over 450 hotel properties, located throughout the U.S., Mexico, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, and around the Globe.

What type of accommodations?

The full-service hotel chains include: Wyndham, Marriott, Hyatt, and AmeriSuites/Hyatt Place.

How long is the Quick Trips Prestige Vacation valid?

The Quick Trips Prestige Vacation is valid up to one year, and travel must be completed prior to the expiration date.

Is transportation included?

No, transportation to and from the destination is the responsibility of the traveler.

Are children included?

Two adults and up to 2 children, age 12 and under, can stay in the same room. At least one member of the party must be 21 years of age.

What else is included?

  • Nightly room tax
  • Free daily breakfast for two is included at select properties
  • Emergency Roadside Assurance during the week of travel to your Quick Trips Prestige Vacation is provided and includes $50 reimbursement towards each of the following: emergency tow, entry, jump-start, tire change and gasoline delivery. Are there any black out dates?

There are no black out dates; however, reservations are subject to availability.


Can I give my Quick Trips Prestige Vacation to someone else?

Yes, the Quick Trips Prestige Vacation is transferable.

How do I make a reservation?

When you order a Quick Trips Prestige Vacation, you will be mailed a Reservation Request Form.

  • First: Choose your desired destination and hotel
  • Second: Fill out the Reservation Request Form and fax it to 1-866-645-1699 or mail it to BreakAway Incentives, P.O. Box 680234, Marietta, GA 30068-0004.
  • Third: Make sure you fax/mail your Reservation Request Form so it is received no later than 21 days in advance of your earliest requested arrival date.

What happens if the Reservation Request Form is lost?

Please request a replacement Reservation Request Form by emailing us at info@breakawayincentives.com or faxing your request to 1-866-645-1699. There is a $75.00 fee to replace a lost Reservation Request Form.

How will I know if I was able to receive the reservation of my choice?

You will receive a phone call from a Reservation Specialist letting you know if they were able to confirm your hotel choice within 72 hours of receipt of the Reservation Request Form.

How soon will I receive my hotel certificates?

Hotel confirmations will be mailed to arrive approximately 7 to 10 days prior to your actual confirmed hotel arrival date.

What happens if I lose my hotel certificates?

Confirmed hotel certificates are same as cash and cannot be replaced. Hotel Certificates must be presented at the hotel for check-in.

Can I break the 3 day/ 2 night Quick Trips Prestige Vacation into two separate getaways?

Unfortunately, no— the Quick Trips Prestige Vacation must be used consecutively.

Can a reservation be changed?

Yes, with some restrictions:
Changes to reservations are allowed up to seven days prior to the arrival date for a $75.00 change fee. Changes to an alternate hotel after confirmation will incur a $75.00 change fee and the customer must submit the change 21-days in advance of their arrival date.

Can reservations be canceled?

Yes, however, changes or cancellations made under the seven days prior to the arrival date will result in forfeiture of the Quick Trips Prestige Vacation.
Reservations that are not cancelled and result in a no-show will void the Quick Trips Prestige Vacation.

Are there any charges not covered?

Any resort fees, parking fees and incidentals are not included, and will be your responsibility.
