The QuickTrips Prestige Vacation is valid for a 3 day/2 night
hotel stay at any one of the properties listed. Hotels are
located throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and around the Globe.
2.
Transportation is not included.
3.
The QuickTrips Prestige Vacation is valid up to one year and travel must
be completed prior to the expiration date.
4.
To redeem the QuickTrips Prestige Vacation, a Reservation Request Form
must be completed. Indicate your requested hotel(s) and
arrival date(s) on the Reservation Request Form.
5.
Fax the completed form toll-free to 866-645-1699 or mail

The Reservation Request Form must be received 21 days
prior to your earliest requested arrival date. Please
keep a photocopy of the completed form for your records.
7.
The QuickTrips Prestige Vacation is based on room availability. To best
serve your travel needs, it is recommended that you request
up to three hotel selections and arrival dates. Although
there are no blackout dates, hotel confirmation will be
based on the first available hotel and arrival date requested.

If you have multiple Reservation Request Forms, you can
redeem them throughout the year, provided you choose a different
hotel for each redemption.
9.
If there are any hotel changes, every effort will be made
to confirm a similar hotel with corresponding amenities.
Substitution of amenities and/or hotels can be made without
advance notification.
10.
Upon confirmation of reservation, hotel certificates will
be sent via first-class mail approximately 14 days prior
to your actual confirmed hotel arrival date. Be sure
to bring the hotel certificates with you when you travel;
the hotel will require you to present them for payment when
you check in. Lost, stolen, or misplaced hotel certificates
cannot be replaced.
11.
If you request a different hotel after you have received
the hotel certificates, you will be charged a $75.00 change
fee and you must resubmit your request at least 21 days
prior to your requested arrival date.
12.
You can change your hotel reservation up to 7 days prior
to your arrival date for a $75.00 change fee. Changes or
cancellations under 7 days prior to your arrival date will
result in forfeiture of your QuickTrips Prestige Vacation.
13.
Your QuickTrips Prestige Vacation is transferable.
14.
The 2 nights of the QuickTrips Prestige Vacation must be used consecutively.
15.
The QuickTrips Prestige Vacation is not valid for group travel and cannot
be resold.
16.
Accommodations are for 2 adults and up to 2 children (age
12 and under) occupying the same room. At least one member
of your party must be 21 years of age or older.
17.
Free daily breakfast for two is included at select hotel
properties.
18.
The QuickTrips Prestige Vacation includes any nightly room tax, but you
will be responsible for all other charges incurred, including
telephone, room service, parking fees, resort fees, and
other hotel incidental charges.
19.
Emergency Roadside Assurance is provided for your vehicle
during the week of your hotel stay. This includes up to
$50.00 reimbursement towards each of the following: emergency
tow, entry, jump-start, tire change and gasoline delivery.

20.
A complimentary one-year Access the Discounts Card for discounts
on comprehensive travel and recreational savings is included
with the QuickTrips Prestige Vacation.
